We store the email address you sign in with, the URLs you export, and your purchase records. That is what the account page shows you, and it is all of it.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details never reach our servers.

Exported files are held only as long as needed to deliver your download, then removed. We do not sell data, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

To have your account and its records deleted, email support@framexporter.com.
